Who the website is for

The website presents our manufacturing services to businesses: brands, retailers, importers, hospitality groups and other trade buyers. We do not sell to consumers through it, and it is not meant for anyone under 18.

Our catalogue and specifications

Everything we make is made to order. The products, design references, fabrics, constructions, sizes, minimum order quantities, lead times and other details on the website describe what we can make. They are general information, not an offer to sell, and they can change without notice.

• Photographs are for reference. Some are styled or illustrative, and colours vary between screens. The approved sample, not a photograph, is the reference for colour, hand and finish.
• Certifications apply to the products, fabrics and sites named on each certificate, and not automatically to every product we make. Ask us and we will tell you which apply to your order.
• Buyer guides and articles are general information to help you plan a range. They are not professional, legal or compliance advice for your market.

Quotations and orders

Nothing on the website creates a contract. A contract exists only when we accept your purchase order in writing, or both parties sign an order confirmation or proforma invoice. The price, quantities, specifications, Incoterms, payment terms, delivery dates, quality standards and inspection arrangements for each order are set out in those documents, and they govern the order. If anything on the website differs from them, the order documents apply.

Your designs and information

Designs, artwork, brand names and other material you send us remain yours. We use them only to quote for, sample and make your orders, and we do not share them with other buyers. When you send us material, you confirm you have the right to have it made. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Our content

The text, photographs, design references, graphics and layout of the website belong to us or are used with permission. You may view, share links to and print pages for your own business use, such as planning a range or comparing suppliers. You may not copy, republish or sell our content, or use our photographs or name to promote other products, without our written permission.
