For Brands Already Selling

Send us what you sell now

If you already have a product on the shelf and want to extend the range, the fastest brief is the product itself. Send us the piece you sell today. We quote against it, match the construction and finish, and put a counter sample in your hands in about a week.

What We Need

Four things and we can quote

01

The product you sell now

A physical sample is the fastest brief there is. It carries the hand, the weight and the making detail no photograph or written spec conveys.

02

Your specification, if you have one

A tech pack, a spec sheet, or the label off the pack. If you do not have one, the sample plus your target price is enough to start.

03

Target price and volume

What the programme has to land at, and roughly how many pieces per design and colourway. Minimums start at 50 pieces, so a trial does not need a container.

04

Where it ships and by when

Destination market and the date it needs to be on the shelf. Both change the specification, from bed sizes to labelling.

Second Sourcing

A backup supplier, without losing your specification

One factory is a single point of failure. A second source protects a bestseller against a missed season, and it gives you a live benchmark on price and quality rather than a quote you cannot check.

The work is matching what you already sell, not redesigning it. We take the specification off the sample, counter sample against it, and document what we matched so your reorders run from a fixed standard rather than from memory.

Why Direct

You are talking to the people who make it

We are 100% in-house from yarn to carton. We select the yarn, weave it on our own looms and knit on our own machines, then cut, make, trim, finish and pack in our own facility.

That means a specification question gets an answer from the team that would run it, and a change to yarn count or construction is a conversation rather than a chain of messages through an agent.

Terms

What a trial actually commits you to

A new fabric should not need a container. These are the same terms that apply to every order we take.

Minimum order

From 50 pieces

From 50 pieces knitted and 100 pieces woven, set per quality and per colourway rather than per size, so a minimum can be split across sizes.

Sampling

About 7 days

Counter samples in about one week on woven and 10 days on knitted, from agreed specification.

Production lead time

From 60 days FOB

Bulk runs from 60 days FOB after sample approval. Your cloth is scheduled on our own looms rather than queued behind another mill.

Questions

What brands ask before they send a sample

We already have a supplier. Why would we talk to you?

Two reasons buyers usually give: a second source so one factory is not a single point of failure, and a fabric the current supplier does not run. You can test either at 50 pieces rather than a container.

Can you match a product we already sell?

Send the piece. We take the construction, weight, finish and colour from the sample itself and counter sample against it, in about a week on woven and 10 days on knitted from an agreed specification.

Do we need a tech pack?

No. A reference sample and a target price are enough to quote and sample. If you have a tech pack we work to it directly, and if you do not we document the specification during sampling so your reorders run from a fixed standard.

What does a trial of a new fabric cost us in minimums?

From 50 pieces knitted and 100 woven, set per quality and per colourway rather than per size, so a minimum can be split across sizes. Samples are chargeable and adjusted against the first bulk order.

How long before we could have stock?

Counter sample in about a week, then bulk from 60 days FOB after you approve it. Sea transit to your port sits on top of that and depends on the route.

Send us the product you sell now

Post us a sample or send the specification and your target price. We come back within 1 to 2 business days with feasibility, a quote and a sampling plan.
