Everything below is set in your tech pack and confirmed on the counter sample before bulk.
- Size
- Throw, single, double or your own dimensions, confirmed on the counter sample.
- Finished weight
- The total weight the blanket carries, set for each size in your specification.
- Pocket size
- Smaller pockets hold the fill more evenly. The grid is fixed at sampling.
- Fill
- The fill type and how much goes into each pocket, set by your specification.
- Shell and cover
- A single quilted piece, or an inner with a removable cover in linen, cotton, TENCEL™ or a knitted cloth.
- Colour
- Any of our 18 core shades or dyed to your reference, matched to Pantone TCX.

Common questions
How is the weight kept even across a weighted blanket?
The blanket is quilted into a grid of pockets, and each pocket is filled and stitched closed, so the fill cannot drift to one end or bunch at the edges. Pocket size and the amount in each pocket are set at sampling and locked against the approved sample.
Can the cover come off for washing?
It can. A weighted blanket can be made as one quilted piece, or as a weighted inner with a removable cover made like a duvet cover, with a closure and ties that hold the inner in place. Which one you sell is set in the specification.
Can weighted blankets go into the same order as our bed linen?
Yes. They are made alongside the rest of the bed programme and ship on the same documents at one FOB. The minimum is set per quality and per colourway rather than per size, so it can be split across the sizes you sell.
